Shipping & returns
Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping. We ship within the continental U.S. and Washington, D.C. only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and international destinations are not available at checkout — email us and we will arrange your order directly with you, including a shipping quote and any customs duties, once approved. Where is my order
Every shipping confirmation email has a live tracking link in it — that is the fastest route. If you cannot find the email, sign in and your orders are all there with current status.

Returns & exchanges
Want an exchange? Pick the size reason and write the size you want in the notes box — that is your authorisation for us to process it, no email needed.
Eligible returns and exchanges require authorization within 14 days of delivery, followed by inspection and approval. Refunds to your original payment method have a flat $17.95 return fee deducted — $9.95 return shipping plus an $8 restocking fee. Both are waived if you choose store credit or an approved exchange, and we apply that waiver when we review your request. Exchanges are sent once your return reaches us — as soon as we receive and inspect the item, we release your replacement and ship it out. Final-sale merchandise is ineligible, as are orders we arrange directly for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or international addresses.
